The information on this page is related to an ongoing civil case where former Selectboard chair, Trini Brassard, is a defendant.
The case files on this site do not prove guilt of any crimes.
The files on this page are the documents from the civil case JohnDurkee,Executor of the Estate of H.Blaisdell, Jr. v. Trini Brassard, et al. These are public documents that are available by request to the Orange County Court Clerk. We believe it is important for these to be easily available to residents of Randolph so they can not only remain informed, but also understand the seriousness of the allegations.
We believe these allegations should bar Trini from participating in local government until this case is resolved.
Below is a copy of the amended complaint against Trini. This file lays out the allegations against her, and the other defendants, at length.
